LOW-NOISE POWER SOURCES WITH MEASUREMENT CAPACITY (SMU)

Where very low noise-to-power ratios are needed (femptoamperes, nanovolts) along with I-V characteristics of electronic components and devices, Keysight Technologies power sources with measurement capability (SMU) provide the most accurate market solutions. Their free specific software allows I-V characteristics to be measured and correct the power feed according to measured levels without the hassle of programming.

The N6705C DC power analyzer is a device that simultaneously integrates the capabilities of:

  • 4 generation channels with independent power functions.
  • DC voltage and current measurement (SMU) from the feed channels.

  • Synchronisation and sequencing of the source and generation channels.

Physically it is a mainframe with 4 slots to accommodate the different modules, which can be used with different configurations, depending on customer needs at any moment:

  • Performance modules: N675xA with auto-ranging
  • Precision modules: N676xA with auto-ranging (to measure microamperes)

ELECTRONIC LOADS

Our standard electronic loads are part of a modular system: control mainframe and load modules with power ratings from 150W to 600W, which can be connected in parallel. Whether in direct current, voltage and resistance operating mode, our solutions meet the needs of any power bank.
